What is the ideal course of action for a young man who is caring for his elderly mother and wishes to marry, considering his brothers' wives refuse to look after her, and should he accept any girl who agrees to care for his mother even if she is not of the desired level of beauty, or should he ask his brothers to share in her care?

Firstly: There is no harm for a son in serving his elderly mother and taking care of her purity and clothing out of necessity, as long as no women are available to do so.

Secondly: Upon marriage, the matter of caring for the mother must be made clear to the prospective wife as a condition, noting that serving the mother is primarily incumbent upon the son, and he must assist his wife in this care if she accepts the condition.

Thirdly: It is not permissible for the son to massage his mother if there are other women (such as a sister, a brother's wife, or another woman) who can do so, because massage may require uncovering or touching what a man should not uncover or touch of his Mahram (definition) relatives.
