What is the prayer that has five Tashahhuds?

A single prayer can include five tashahhuds in specific cases, such as when a حاضر (resident) follower joins the second rak'ah of a traveler imam's prayer. In such a situation, he sits and recites the tashahhud after each rak'ah, and also recites the tashahhud for the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) if it becomes necessary for him. These cases have been mentioned by the jurists of the Maliki school.
