What is the ruling on animosity and the cessation of visits among sisters in the family home?

Allah has forbidden the severing of kin ties (قطع الرحم) and has cursed those who do so, threatening them with severance [from His mercy]. Animosity (الشحناء) is forbidden in Allah's religion, even with those who are not relatives, so what if it is between sisters whom Allah has blessed with proximity and closeness? You must, therefore, fear Allah and abandon animosity. The questioner should strive to reconcile her sisters, as there is a great reward in that. Lying is permissible for the purpose of reconciling people.
