Does a divorce issued by the husband in a state of anger take effect?

Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless consciousness is lost. The pronouncement of divorce is the husband's statement. However, if the husband denies the occurrence of three divorces, and you are certain of their occurrence while he was conscious, then it is not permissible for you to allow him to have access to you. You must free yourself from him through khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) or similar means. If a dispute arises, the Sharia judge should be consulted.
