The answer

The Quran is a book revealed by Allah to guide humanity, to remind them, to warn them, and to give them glad tidings, and to lead them out of the darkness of error into the light of guidance and obedience. It contains the divine legislation through which Allah commands both mankind and jinn to act upon and to seek judgment from. It encompasses everything humanity needs in their religion and their worldly life, fulfilling their interests, in addition to numerous scientific truths, some of which have been discovered with the advancement of scientific discoveries.
