What is the solution to my increasing hatred for my father daily, due to his actions, neglect, control, and words, especially since he wasted future opportunities for me, does not pray, and we eat and live off of usury as a result of him placing money in a usurious bank?
Allah has commanded good treatment of parents and not to abandon them or mistreat them, even if they are polytheists and command polytheism. It is obligatory to be dutiful to one's parents and obey them in what is good, and this does not contradict disliking their wrongdoings, such as their abandonment of prayer or their dealings with usury.
If your father spends on you from usurious money, it is not permissible for you to benefit from it except out of necessity. If his money is mixed with unlawful and lawful earnings, it is better to avoid benefiting from his money if you are able to earn your own livelihood.
You should not hate your father personally. Your mercy for him should be expansive, and you should wish guidance for him. You should advise him gently, seek help from those whose advice he accepts, and supplicate for his guidance.
