Is it permissible to carry things in bags with "Lady Zaynab" written on them or to throw them in the trash?

The sanctity of discarding bags in the trash varies based on what is written on them:

If they bear one of the names of Allah Almighty or the names of prophets that are understood to be for prophets (such as Muhammad, Messenger of Allah), they must be respected and protected from inappropriate places. However, a mere name like "Muhammad" or "Isa" does not carry this ruling. Some scholars consider all texts written in the Arabic language to be sacred, while others consider all letters, whether Arabic or non-Arabic, to be sacred. Accordingly, bags with "Sayyida Zaynab" written on them do not have the sanctity of texts revered by Islamic law, but they do have the sanctity of letters. Therefore, they should not be thrown in the trash, and there is no objection to carrying items inside them.
