You are not obligated to inform the suitor about the loss of your virginity unless he stipulates virginity. In that case, you must inform him that you are not a virgin, but do not disclose the reason to him. You have done well in your repentance. You must remain steadfast and avoid all pretexts that lead to indecency. You must also conceal what happened to yourself and not tell anyone about it.
