Is it permissible for the husband and his children to eat from his wife's money that she obtained from her lover before returning to him?

Allah the Almighty prohibited adultery and described it as an abomination and an outrage. He prescribed a severe punishment for it in this world, reaching stoning for the married person (muhsan), and in the Hereafter, the torment will be multiplied, and the humiliation will be eternal. Whoever commits this abomination must repent to Allah. As for money earned from adultery, it is not permissible to benefit from it. It must be disposed of by spending it on general Muslim welfare, because it is an ill-gotten gain.
