Is it permissible to take the financial compensation estimated by the labor office, in addition to the entitlements, as a result of arbitrary dismissal?

If the Sharia court rules in your favor for compensation, there is no blame upon you for taking it, provided that you have not falsified facts to obtain it. For whoever takes something they do not deserve based on a judicial ruling built upon false information, it is as if they are taking a piece of fire.
