What is the ruling on purchasing a house by installment in Algeria, with the condition that it cannot be disposed of until the issuance of the ownership document, and registration for life insurance for the benefit of the contractor? Is this contract void, and what is the solution to the issue?

There is no harm for the supplicant in accepting money from his father, and that is due to considerations including: the validity or invalidity of the sale according to a permissible interpretation among some scholars, or if the money received through a corrupt contract confers ownership. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned that there are three scholarly opinions regarding whether what is received through corrupt contracts, such as gambling and usury, confers ownership.
