Is it permissible to seek out a disbelieving woman to invite her to Islam and marry her, with the desire for her to embrace Islam because of him, and without the desire to marry a Muslim woman from the outset, in order to achieve his goal of being a diligent Muslim and an example?

A man's invitation to foreign women is fraught with dangers, and one must be cautious of the dangers of the internet, especially with the intensification of trials and the proliferation of corruption.
