If the son's wife was suckled by his father's wife when she was an adult, then she is not unlawful for the son, because the suckling of an adult does not establish حرمة (prohibition). However, if she was suckled when she was young (within two years of age) with five sucklings, then she becomes unlawful for him and becomes his milk-sister, because she was suckled by his father's wife with his father's milk.
