What is the ruling on the fast of one who broke it, thinking the time for Maghrib had begun, based on the statement of another fasting person, and then it became clear that the time had not yet entered?

If a fasting person breaks their fast based on their assumption that the time for Maghrib has entered, and then it becomes clear to them that the time has not yet entered, they must make up that day. This is the view of the four imams, and it is the more cautious opinion. Some scholars believe that no making up is required, based on the Almighty's saying: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended."
