What is the legitimacy of admonition at the grave?

Delivering sermons or preaching in cemeteries at the time of burial or thereafter is an innovation (bid‘ah) and was not reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He used to sit with his companions by the grave, and they would engage in quiet conversation befitting the occasion, not in the manner of delivering a sermon.
