What is the legal ruling concerning a husband who has sworn an oath of divorce against his wife twice or more, given that there is a discrepancy in the number of times the oath was sworn between the wife and her family?

Spouses must fear Allah in their relationship and ensure its validity and permissibility under Sharia by asking scholars when in doubt. It is known that divorce is twice. If he divorces her after that, she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband, and it is not permissible for them to continue this relationship. Whoever knows that divorce has occurred more than twice must bring the matter before the Sharia judge. Legally, the contract remains valid unless an irrevocable divorce is proven by the acknowledgment of both spouses or one of them, or by the testimony of two just witnesses.
