What is the ruling on celebrating the honorable Prophet's birthday (Mawlid al-Nabawi), and to what extent are the statements of some great scholars of the Ummah regarding its permissibility valid, such as Ibn Taymiyyah's saying: "Thus, glorifying the Mawlid and taking it as an occasion, which some people may do, can bring them a great reward due to their good intention and their veneration of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family and companions"?
