What is the ruling regarding a girl's inability to wear the niqab due to her parents' refusal, and her father's threat to forbid her from entering the house if she wears it, and what is the ruling on delaying wearing it in this case?

A woman must cover her face from non-mahram men. It is not permissible for a father to order his daughter to uncover her face, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There is no obedience in disobedience; obedience is only in what is good." However, if wearing the niqab results in harm or injury, it is permissible to abandon it, due to the Almighty's saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able," and His saying: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity."
