It is permissible to work in an Islamic bank that adheres to the rules of the board, such as Al-Rajhi and Al-Bilad. It is also permissible to work in conventional banks that are transforming into Islamic banks, such as Al-Jazira and Al-Ahli, provided they commit to the decisions of the Sharia board. If working in the bank is permissible, then there is no objection to marrying someone who works there.
