ما هي صلاة الفجر وصلاة الصبح، وما الفرق بينهما، ومتى تعدان قضاءً وليس فرضًا؟

The Fajr and Subh prayers are one and the same obligatory prayer. Its time begins with the true dawn and ends with sunrise. Whoever performs it within its time has rendered it as an obligatory prayer performed on time. Whoever performs it after sunrise has rendered it as an obligatory prayer made up. There are also two light, emphasized Sunnah rak'ahs called the Sunnah of Fajr, which are prayed after the Fajr adhan and before the obligatory Fajr prayer.
