Is the distinction between believing men and believing women in this world and the hereafter limited to worldly matters such as jihad and obedience to the husband, while the distinction in acts of worship and accountability is based on the individual effort of each?

The fundamental principle is equality between men and women in religious obligations, except where a specific text provides an exception, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, women are the counterparts of men." Any superiority granted to men over women is a preference based on gender and the origin of the species, not an absolute superiority. True superiority is for the most righteous, and many women are superior to many men in the sight of Allah. Acts of worship like jihad, obedience to the husband, and Hajj are not purely worldly matters. Hajj is not limited to men, and while physical jihad is specific to men, financial jihad is incumbent upon everyone.
