Its cure lies in piety and righteousness, in enduring the pursuit of knowledge with perseverance, in avoiding distractions while reading, in keeping company with scholars and righteous individuals, in ensuring the book's level matches one's understanding, in asking many questions and comprehending what one reads, hears, or is asked about, in embracing knowledge and its books, and in learning to benefit and be benefited in matters of religion, not for worldly gain or fame. It also involves gradual memorization, prayer, and seeking refuge in Allah.
