Is it permissible for a wife to refuse to sit with her husband, touch him, or see him after he marries another woman without her knowledge? Is she sinful for doing so? Does her husband have the right to this marriage, and how can he be brought back to her life alone?

Allah has permitted a man to marry up to four women without requiring a specific reason, as long as he is capable of fulfilling the duties of polygyny and maintaining justice among his wives. This is an unchangeable ruling in the Holy Quran. It is not permissible for a woman to seek a divorce because her husband has married another woman, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without any compelling reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." It is also forbidden for her to abandon her husband or be disobedient, because he has only done what Allah has permitted him to do. Therefore, she should fear Allah regarding herself and her husband, and fulfill his rights as she used to do previously.
