Is it permissible to use growth and bone-strengthening injections during the daytime in Ramadan?

Fasting is broken by the entry of anything into the stomach. An endoscopy does not invalidate the fast unless it is accompanied by the introduction of liquids or other substances. This injection contains a solution and a substance that reach the stomach and settle there, thus breaking the fast of the one who uses it. It is not permissible to use it during an obligatory fast except in cases of necessity. Whoever uses it breaks their fast and must make up for the day they missed.
