What should we do regarding a wife who, without intention or desire, envies and afflicts those around her with the evil eye?

Whoever is afflicted by the evil eye must be patient and supplicate to God. The one who casts the evil eye must repent sincerely and say, "Masha'Allah, la quwwata illa billah" (What God wills [has come to pass], there is no power except with God), or pray for blessings when seeing something that pleases them, in order to ward off the evil of the eye. They should also minimize mixing with people. If they are asked to perform ghusl (ritual washing) or wudu (ablution) for the one afflicted by the eye, they must not refuse.
