If the writer is Muslim, he should be advised privately, with wisdom and gentleness, for he may be ignorant of the seriousness of what he is saying. If his words spread, then he should be refuted with a general denouncement, without mentioning names, and the latter is better to avoid making him famous. As for addressing disbelievers in languages you do not master, it is not obligatory. As for mocking religion and its rituals, it may amount to disbelief.
