Is it true that whoever memorizes the entire Surah Al-Baqarah enters Paradise, or that memorizing the entire Qur’an guarantees entry into Paradise?

Memorizing the Qur'an is one of the greatest acts of devotion and noblest acts of obedience. The one who carries the Qur'an is among the best of the Ummah, and it is a means to enter Paradise, provided one acts upon what they have learned and adheres to Allah's boundaries. This includes memorizing Surat Al-Baqarah, whose special virtues are mentioned in the Hadith, where the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Recite the two luminous ones, Surat Al-Baqarah and Surat Al-Imran, for they will come on the Day of Resurrection as if they were two clouds... pleading for their companions. Recite Surat Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing, and forsaking it is a regret, and the sorcerers cannot withstand it." These virtues are conditioned upon the fulfillment of requirements and the absence of impediments.
