What is the ruling on marrying a widow who has a daughter, when the husband desires to take custody of and raise the daughter, despite the objection of her deceased husband's family, and is this his right শরعًا (in Islamic law)?

It is permissible to marry a widow, and one should inquire about her religiosity, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religiosity. So, choose the religious woman, and you will prosper." The objection of her deceased husband's family to her marriage is not their right. However, their objection to her daughter remaining with you in the house after the marriage is their right, because the mother's marriage nullifies her right to custody of her daughter.
