What are the legitimate Islamic conditions necessary for a visa issued by an American bank to be permissible?

The conditions for using both types of Visa cards, secured and unsecured, have been previously explained. If these conditions are met, then it is permissible to obtain them; otherwise, it is not.

It is not permissible to deal with usurious banks, even in a permissible transaction, due to the availability of Sharia-compliant alternatives, unless there is a necessity for it, such as the unavailability of transfer through an Islamic bank.
