The conditions for using both types of Visa cards, secured and unsecured, have been previously explained. If these conditions are met, then it is permissible to obtain them; otherwise, it is not.
It is not permissible to deal with usurious banks, even in a permissible transaction, due to the availability of -compliant alternatives, unless there is a necessity for it, such as the unavailability of transfer through an Islamic bank.
