The answer

If a person performs work for another with their permission but without an agreement on wages, scholars have differed on three opinions:

1. He is not entitled to wages; his work is considered a donation. This is the preponderant view. 2. He is entitled to the wage of the like (customary wage). 3. He is entitled to the wage of the like if he is known for working for wages; otherwise, no.

Based on the preponderant view, it is not permissible for you to deduct a percentage of profit as compensation without prior agreement, and deducting it without the company's knowledge is considered a breach of trust, which Allah and His Messenger have forbidden.
