Is increasing the price when selling by installment considered usury?

It is permissible to sell or buy a commodity for a known term with an increase in price over immediate sale or purchase, provided that both parties agree on the payment method (installments or immediate) before the contract. This is to avoid the "two sales in one sale" which is forbidden by Islamic law. This is practiced by scholars, and the Islamic Fiqh Academy has permitted installment sales under this condition.
