What is the ruling on subscribing to the shares of Halawani Bros Company?

Halwani Bros. Co. is a mixed company whose original activity is permissible, but it engages in usurious transactions, which makes investing in it prohibited according to most contemporary scholars, and the shareholder becomes a partner in sin. Sheikh Muhammad bin Saud Al-Osaimy issued a fatwa prohibiting subscribing to it due to its borrowing of usurious loans and obtaining usurious facilities.
