If the company obligates you to use a credit card (Visa Card) to receive your salary, then there is no objection to obtaining it from an entity that adheres to Shariah guidelines by not calculating usurious interest for late payments. If "Visa" refers to a debit card and the bank is usurious, and the employee has no other recourse, then there is no harm in dealing with it to receive one's due, provided that no balance is left in the account.
