Is it permissible for a person afflicted with سلس (incontinence/constant discharge) to pray the Duha prayer and make up missed prayers with a single ablution, if he performs ablution a quarter of an hour after sunrise, and this ablution remains valid for him until five minutes before the Dhuhr adhan?

The time for Duha prayer begins when the sun has risen to the height of a spear and extends until just before noon (Dhuhr). Scholars hold two opinions regarding the purity of a person with an excuse (such as a woman with irregular bleeding or a person with urinary incontinence): the first is that their ablution (wudu) does not become invalid when the prayer time ends, and the second is that it does become invalid when the prayer time ends (which is the stronger opinion).

Based on the stronger opinion, a person with an excuse must perform ablution for the Duha prayer after its time has begun. With this ablution, they may pray as many supererogatory (nafl) prayers and missed (fawa'it) prayers as they wish until the time for Duha ends. This is based on the general command of the Prophet (peace be upon him) to the woman with irregular bleeding to perform ablution for every prayer.
