What is the ruling on swearing by other than Allah unintentionally?

As long as you did not intend this matter, there is no sin upon you, as Allah Almighty says: "Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make a mistake," and as Allah Almighty says: "And there is no blame upon you for what you have erred in, but [there is blame for] what your hearts intended." Swearing by other than Allah, if not intended to glorify the sworn-by as Allah is glorified, is a minor polytheism.
