Is what the questioner does—supplicating, then fearing that the supplication will not be answered due to the whispers of Satan, then returning to supplicate with certainty—considered hastening the answer, and will Allah hold her accountable for this whisper?

Do not pay attention to the whispers of Satan that deter you from supplicating. Rather, turn to your Lord and have a good opinion of Him, and supplicate to Him with certainty of response. For Allah Almighty is the possessor of immense grace, and His mercy encompasses all things, and He is more merciful to His servant than a mother is to her child.
