Is raising one's voice at one's father considered disobedience to parents, especially if the father harms his children and wife and describes them with vulgar words?

Disobedience (Uquq) occurs with any harm inflicted upon parents, be it little or much. This includes raising one's voice at them, as the Sacred Law prohibits even less than that, as stated in the Almighty's words: "So do not say to them [even] 'uff' and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy." As for ignorance that raising one's voice is disobedience, there is no sin if the ruling was obscure. However, one must avoid provoking the father, advise him gently, supplicate for him, and seek help from close relatives to guide him to righteousness.
