My grandmother breastfed someone. Does that person become one of our unmarriageable kin (mahārim)?

If a grandmother breastfeeds a child five times within two years, that child becomes a to her, just like other paternal and maternal uncles. This is based on the : "What is forbidden by lineage is also forbidden by breastfeeding."
