Is a school entitled to prevent students from photographing its sold summaries, and is it permissible for students to pool money to buy one copy and photograph it, and is it a condition to obtain its permission for that?

This is due to the public benefits derived from their protection, such as the emergence and continuity of authorship, preventing earning through the efforts of others, and in compliance with the command to fulfill contracts and conditions. Therefore, if the author or publisher stipulates the prohibition of photocopying for sale or for personal use, this must be adhered to, especially if photocopying for personal use harms the author. However, there is no objection to a group of female students sharing the cost of purchasing a single copy and exchanging it without photocopying.
