What should one do about the feeling of something exiting the male organ and repeating ablution multiple times due to the cold weather?
If the sensation of something exiting is merely a doubt or a whisper [from Satan], then no attention should be paid to it, and ablution does not need to be repeated, unless there is absolute certainty of its exit. However, if a person attains absolute certainty that something has exited, then ablution must be repeated after the discharge has stopped. If the discharge is continuous, such that one does not find sufficient time to pray with a valid purification, then they fall under the ruling of a person afflicted with incontinence (ṣāḥib al-sils), in which case they perform ablution after the entry of the prayer time and pray the obligatory and supererogatory prayers with that ablution.
