There is no knowledge concerning the meaning of the name indicated (Tulip), as it is a foreign name. It is not advisable to name with it if its meaning is unknown. It is preferable to choose a name with a good meaning and one that is suitable for a female, such as the names of the righteous women from the predecessors of the Ummah.
