Am I sinful if my husband gave pictures of me and him from our wedding, in which I was not wearing a hijab, knowing that I took these pictures from my mother-in-law without her knowledge after I saw her showing them to my husband's brother, then I was surprised that my husband's family took the pictures from our private closet and tampered with our belongings? Is that permissible for them, and will Allah be angry with me if I am unable to retrieve the pictures that show me without a hijab?

It is not permissible for anyone to see a woman's pictures except for her Mahrams (unmarriageable kin) or Muslim women. It is forbidden for a husband to keep his wife's pictures with his brother or anyone else. It is also not permissible for the husband's family to tamper with his daughter-in-law's belongings or spy on her.
