What is the ruling regarding one who delays performing prayers and acts of worship, and abandons reciting the Qur'an and the Sunnah prayers due to the discharge of prostatic fluid (madhy) and the lengthy purification process it entails?
It appears that what you are experiencing is whisperings (waswasah), and its cure is to ignore them and not succumb to them. Wash whatever part of your clothes or body has been touched by (pre-seminal fluid) without exaggeration. Then, it is recommended to sprinkle water on the private parts and the surrounding area of the clothing. You should not stay in the bathroom longer than necessary. If you are certain that madhy has exited and stopped flowing for a time sufficient to perform ablution and prayer, then the rulings of سلس (incontinence) do not apply to it, and you are not permitted to combine prayers. Beware of neglecting prayer or abandoning it, for it is the second pillar of Islam and the first deed of a Muslim that will be examined. Your aversion to reading the Qur'an and your laziness in performing night prayers are from the whisperings of Satan, so strive against yourself by ignoring them.
