Is it permissible to pray for the separation of a husband and wife, given the husband's oppression of his wife by beating and insulting her, taking her money, preventing her from working, restricting her, preventing her from leaving, and mocking her when she recites the Qur'an?

It is recommended to supplicate for the husband for guidance and righteousness. If he does not improve, it is advised to remind him of Allah and His punishment. If he does not benefit from the advice, the wife has the right to take her case to court to demand her rights and to have harm removed from her. It is recommended to supplicate that Allah destines for her what is good and that He rectifies her husband.
