How can one reconcile God sending flocks of birds (Ababeel) to protect the Kaaba before Islam with witnessing the massacres committed against Muslims today without divine intervention, especially given the noble Hadith: "The demolition of the Kaaba is less significant to God than the killing of a Muslim"?

Tracing the secrets of divine decrees and searching for the true wisdom behind the unfolding of events is God's prerogative, not that of His servants. Man is incapable of answering these questions by his intellect alone. Whoever objects to divine decrees and claims that "God does not move a muscle" is an ingrate to history, and quick to consider what has occurred as lessons and admonitions. Punishment lies in wait. Man is full of objection and short on consideration, save for those upon whom God has mercy. This world is not a place of recompense, but rather a place of trial, test, and action. God is not unmindful of what the wrongdoers do, but He only postpones them until a Day when eyes will stare fixedly.
