Is it a condition to say "Sayyid al-Istighfar" ten times to enter Paradise, or is it sufficient to say it with certainty in the morning or evening?

The supplication mentioned is Sayyid al-Istighfar (the chief of seeking forgiveness), and its wording is: "O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me, and I am Your servant, and I am abiding by Your covenant and Your promise as much as I am able. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done.
