What is the ruling on a man looking at a nurse and inquiring about her well-being during a necessary conversation with her, especially if she is a colleague at work?

The Shari’ah has forbidden looking at foreign women to protect souls and preserve honors. Therefore, it is obligatory to lower the gaze except for a sudden glance. For this reason, it is permissible to speak with a nurse or a female colleague at work if there is no fear of temptation, provided that the gaze is lowered, the speech is not submissive, the conversation is not extended, and the talk is disciplined, balanced, and not in seclusion.
