Is the supplication, "All praise is due to Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, without any power or strength from me," to be recited for each garment individually if several garments are worn at once?

If a Muslim wears a new garment, it is recommended for him to supplicate with what was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, such as: "O Allah, to You be praise. You have clothed me with it. I ask You for its good and the good for which it was made, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil for which it was made," or "Praise be to Allah who clothed me with this and provided it for me without any power or strength from me." Some scholars consider it recommended to supplicate when acquiring a new garment, as well as an old one. The reported supplications are specific to whoever wears the garment for the first time, whether it is new or used.
