Did Allah Almighty single out the people of Khaybar with those who pledged allegiance, or with all believers, or with both categories together?

Those whom Allah特 endowed with the spoils of Khaybar were the Muslims who were present at its conquest. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, included with them his Companions who had arrived from Abyssinia that day, chief among them Ja’far ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him. As Abu Musa, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "We arrived to the Prophet after he had conquered Khaybar, and he apportioned some for us. He did not apportion any to anyone who had not witnessed the conquest, other than us."
