Is the takbir for standing for the third rak'ah performed when on the ground or upon straightening up?

It is recommended for the takbir (proclamation of Allah's greatness) for moving between the pillars of prayer to be at the commencement of the movement. However, the Malikis made an exception for the takbir for standing up for the third rak'ah after the first tashahhud, stating: it is recommended for it to be after the worshipper has straightened up to a standing position. Others, however, said: one should say the takbir while rising for the third rak'ah, just like any other takbir. The latter opinion is the more likely to be correct.
